Yes. Lighting, photography, screen calibration and normal material variation can cause small differences in color and appearance.

Some products may offer letter or initial selections. Available personalization choices are shown on the relevant product page.

Contact us immediately. We may be able to change an order before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered packing, personalization or shipment preparation.

We recommend contacting us within 12 hours of ordering. Cancellation remains subject to the order's current fulfillment status.

Standard orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Personalized products may require additional preparation.

When tracking is available, tracking information is sent after shipment. Carrier systems may take 1–3 business days to display the first update.

Depending on the destination, customs duties, VAT or import charges may apply. Unless checkout clearly states otherwise, these charges are normally the customer's responsibility.

Eligible non-personalized items may normally be requested for return within 14 days of confirmed delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Personalized products are normally not returnable for change-of-mind reasons after preparation begins. Defective, damaged or incorrectly prepared items remain subject to review and available remedies.

Contact us within 7 days and provide the order number plus clear photographs of the product, package and shipping label where relevant.

We recommend minimizing prolonged exposure to water, pools, salt water, perfume and harsh cleaning products.

Keep accessories clean and dry and avoid crushing, excessive bending or storing them under heavy objects.
